For a 5 star hotel everything was really good, I loved to be here. All the employees were decent and attentive. The shuttle to the port was a great perk and breakfast was included.

Clean brand-new hotel with very good staff and rooms. Good pool, parking nearby.

The room was huge and contemporary, with with a good view, comfortable beds and the bedroom.

This hotel was interesting place for exploring Cartagena, loved it and venue's super-friendly stuff from receptionists. I've booked a twin room with a nice view and everything was fantastic.

clean and gorgeous place, has astonishing views over the ocean. it has magnificent, stunning setting, just off a grocery store across the street, the ocean, restaurants.

Impressive, contemporary hotel, there's lovely pool and location is perfect opposite from beaches.

Facilities were clean modern, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

It is a hip new property located in Bocagrande district really close to shopping center, Bocagrande which is a safe area.

All in all the hotel is luxurious, it has personable staff and brand-new rooms. Climate control, flat-screen TV and a mini-fridge-bar in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

The stuff where very awesome; it was good value considering price it charged. Plenty of food for breakfast including coffee, cheese, boiled eggs, hot waffles and tea. The beach was sandy. The airport was 0.5 miles away from here, best possible location.

We didn't like the bed, it was rock hard.

We had a nice time. Everyone was pleasant and the room was bright. The breakfasts here were tasty with croissants and also fresh tropical fruits. Clean hotel, excellent service. Lobby was beautiful.

I liked beautiful location and rooms. Room was spacious and complete with a bathtub. Fast check-in, easy check-out. Plus their wifi was reliable. Spotless place, great value-to-price ratio.

The hotel was fabulous, we loved polite staff. Venue was absolutely clean. Had complimentary drinks in the sky bar in the evening.

A little old bathroom.

The staff were outstanding, the bed was nice and the food was exceptional. I had the double room which was well heated and very fancy. The restaurant was relaxing and spotless. Hotel was reasonably priced, excellent value for money as opposed to other options.

Depressing views.

Spotless hotel, good beds, absolutely superb breakfasts and exceptionally nice stuff. Lots of supplies in the room: air conditioning, Wi-Fi and cable TV. Great pool and own beach.

Absolutely gorgeous option for adults. I loved all the hotel offered: perfect beds and very helpful staff. The stay was very relaxing because of the unbeatable location of the property. It was also close to the city. Fashioned rooms and immaculately clean.

It deserves its 5 stars. Deluxe place with pool and delicious breakfast with lots of meals! They have a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and ironing facilities in every room. We had access to the spa center too.

Convenient to have a bar in the lobby. Great customer service from restaurant staff! Being next door to napoli plazza bocagrande was nice, we had dinner there. Moreover, they had a private parking. Suitable place for a 15-night stay.

Amazing design. We strongly recommend the hotel to friends as its location was WONDERFUL. Restaurante Kokau is located within 900 feet from the venue. Manga district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.
